Place chicken into a 6-qt slow cooker.
Stir in chicken stock, green chiles, beans, onion, garlic, cumin, and oregano; season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Cover and cook on low heat for 7-8 hours or high heat for 5-6 hours.
Remove chicken from the slow cooker and shred, using two forks.
Stir chicken, cilantro, and lime juice into the slow cooker; season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Serve immediately with desired toppings.
